What is the FRICKIN hold up?

This is as far as my garage door will go up on its own. So now I sit at home while the Garage Door Dude tries to fix it. Appearently it's more complicated than first thought. Wait a new update, now it goes up but won't come down. Which is worse in my opnion. Sweet!!!!! I guess I shouldn't be annoyed that the repairs are taking so long, I am missing work.
